Atmosphere LLC d/b/a Atmosphere Aviation (“Atmosphere Aviation”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit atmosphere-aviation.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide. When you submit an enquiry, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, how you currently fly, and any details you include in your message.
• Flight search. The flight search tool on the Site is provided by FlyEasy. Information you enter in it, such as airports, travel dates and contact details, is handled by FlyEasy under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring website, and it uses cookies to do so.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes.
• To arrange and manage travel you request, including sharing the details required to perform your flight with the aircraft operator.
• To operate, maintain and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. How We Share Information

• Aircraft operators, to the extent needed to arrange travel you request.
• Service providers that support our business, including Hostinger (website hosting), Google (email and analytics) and FlyEasy (flight search).
• Legal requirements, when required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and maintain our business records, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

5. Cookies

The Site uses cookies for Google Analytics and for the flight search tool. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will continue to work.

6. Do Not Track

The Site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

7. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing charter@atmosphere-aviation.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may request information about the personal information we have collected about you and ask us to delete it, as described in Section 7. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
